Nevada-based Klai Juba Wald Architects is responsible for the hotel’s guitar design. The construction of the project is led by a joint venture between Suffolk Construction and Yates Construction. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood expansion features a 450 foot-tall, 596,044 square-foot tower that is part of a larger 3.2 million square-foot master plan for the development.
